 As study have been conducted physical fitness variables of Government Aided Higher Secondary School Students and Non-Aided Higher Secondary School Students of Marathwada Region of Maharashtra State. The main aim of the study was the comparison between the government aided higher secondary school students and non-aided higher secondary school students with AAPHER physical fitness test battery. To achieve the objective of the study AAPHER  physical fitness test battery consisting of  six test items, pull-ups; sit-ups (Bnt knee sit ups) standing broad jump; shuttle run; 50yard dash; 600yard run/walk was used to measure fitness level of government school students and public school student. The present study investigator has taken a total of 180 samples. The subjects were divided into government aided higher secondary 90 students and non-aided higher secondary 90 students. The investigator has employed the ‘t’ test.

This restlessness has led generation of financial instability and necessity among the lower income group who do not have access to financial products and services. However, in the recent years the government and Reserve Bank of India has been pushing the concept and idea of financial inclusion. Financial inclusion or inclusive financing is the delivery of financial services at affordable cost to socially deprived and low-income segments of society.  Financial inclusion is a critical step that requires political will, bureaucratic support and determined persuasion by RBI. It is expected to unleash the hugely untapped potential of that section of Indian economy, which is at the bottom of pyramid. Financial Inclusion will be the next revolution for growth and prosperity in Indian economy.

 The civil aviation industry in India has emerged as one of the fastest growing industries in the country during the last three years. India is currently considered the third largest domestic civil aviation market in the world. India has become the third largest domestic aviation market in the world and is expected to overtake UK to become the third largest air passenger market by 2024. India’s passenger traffic stood at 199.60 million in FY20 (April-October 2019) where domestic passenger traffic reached 160.16 million and International passenger reached 39.43 million. To cater to the rising air traffic, the Government of India has been working towards increasing the number of airports. As of March 2019, India has 103 operational airports. India has envisaged increasing the number of operational airports to 190-200 by FY40.Further, the rising demand in the sector has pushed the number of airplanes operating in the sector. As of July 2018, there were nearly 620 aircraft being operated by scheduled airline operators in India. The number of airplanes is expected to grow to 1,100 planes by 2027.

 A food delivery application that provides food delivery at your door step in very less time and with the best packaging and hygiene. By providing the food from every famous food place nearby. Online food ordering is the process of ordering food from a website or other application. The product can be either ready-to-eat food (e.g., direct from a restaurant or from certified home-kitchen). The online food ordering system sets up a food menu online and customers can easily place the order as per they like. Also with a food menu, online customers can easily track the orders. There are various facilities provided so that the users of the system will get service effectively. The system considers Restaurants as well as Mess facility to the customers. The mostly mess users are person who are shifted for various reason in new cities. So, they are interrelated. Increasing use of smart phones is also considered as a motivation, so that any users of this system get all service on single click. Another motivation can be considered as the system will be designed to avoid users doing fatal errors, users can change their own profile, users can track their food items through GPS, users can provide feedback and recommendations and can give ratings, it will give appropriate feedbacks to Restaurants / Mess service providers. In the proposed system, there will be no limitation on the amount of order the customer wants. Also, same application can be used as a Start-up Business for the developers and the home-makers who can start their business from home as online shop and can serve the home-made delicious food to the door step.

EFFECT OF MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF MICROFINANCE BANKS IN KENYA

 This study aimed at determining the macroeconomic variables’ effect on financial performance of Kenya’s microfinance banks. The study used longitudinal and descriptive research design for seven-year panel data. Thirteen microfinance banks in Kenya made up the population. Therefore, it was a census study. Secondary data sourced from annual Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) reports on supervision of financial institutions, from 2012 to 2018 were used. Descriptive statistics were maximum and minimum values. In addition, correlation and regression analysis were used. From the analysis, the study found that adjusted R squared was 23.1%. Therefore, the model explained 23.1% of the Return on Assets (ROA) variation as independent variables (interest, market size, inflation and exchange rate) varied. Coefficient of correlation (R) was 53.7% and therefore, the model exhibited a moderate correlation between the independent variables and ROA. The model found that average lending rate had a significant and weak inverse influence on ROA. Inflation rate had an insignificant and a weak positive effect on ROA. Exchange rate effect was negative and weak on ROA, but significant. From the findings, it is recommended that the variability of macroeconomic variables be checked by the regulating authority as their overall effect on performance is 53.7% this would safeguard the Microfinance Banks’ (MFBs’) returns.

 In 2009 the Indian E-Commerce industry had achieved approx. $3.8 billion in revenue. By 2012 that number increased up to $9.5 billion. The numbers which are driven are primarily anticipated by the growth in consumer durables, electronics, apparel, accessories in addition to the firmly established products lines such as book and audio visual media. The Indian E-Commerce industry has been on an upward growth and it is expected to exceed the US to become the second largest E-Commerce market in the world by 2035.  Literature plays an important role in developing attitudes of sensitivity towards and acceptance of diversity. A category of diversity, often overlooked in literature or subjected to biased and stereotypical representation is disability. This paper examines the portrayals of people with disabilities across English textbooks published by private publishers popularly used across Delhi for classes VI to VIII. It examines their capacity for developing attitudes of sensitivity towards people with disabilities. The rationale for selecting textbooks is that it is the mostly widely used reading material available to students across the state. Findings of the study suggest that while there are chapters on disability in almost all English textbooks, the range of disabilities included is limited. More realistic and inclusionary portrayals of people with disabilities is also required. Suggestions have also been provided for teachers teaching English textbooks on how to address the representation of disability in English textbooks.

 Educational Technology has reformed the whole education system. It is the need of the time that education system should focus on providing quality education to the students. Educational technology has revolutionized the teaching learning process and has increased the scope of teachers’ functions such as management of resources and management of learning. The present study was conducted to determine the level of awareness of the students studying in Urdu medium schools of Hyderabad city (India) with regard to technology integration in the learning process. It also sought to investigate if there is any significant association of Technology awareness of the students with Gender and the type of school (Private, government aided and government) in which they study. Survey method was adopted for the study, in which the researcher constructed and developed mixed interview schedule to gather the data from the field. 14 Urdu medium schools were selected by simple random sampling technique, among which 12 were government schools, 2 each were private schools and government aided schools. The data obtained from the students were carefully analyzed using MS Excel, SPSS. To test the association between the variables, chi square test was performed using the Minitab software. The finding of the study reveals that the most of the school students have moderate level of awareness towards regarding the technology integration in the learning process. Chi Square analysis of the tabulated data showed that the technology awareness of the students and Gender is not statistically significantly associated with each other; however there is statistically significant association between the technology awareness of the students with the type of schools in which they study.

 The present study has been designed to investigate the Emotional Competence and Mental Health as predictors of Academic Achievement among the Secondary School students of Rohtak. For this purpose, a sample of 252 students of Rohtak district was taken on the basis of gender, locality and type of management of school. Scale of Emotional Competence Scale (SEC) by Sharma and Bhardwaj (1998) and Mental Health Battery (MHB-ss) by Singh & Gupta (revised in 2008) and Achievement in Mathematics were administered to ascertain the emotional competence and mental health as predictors of academic achievement in Mathematics of Secondary school student. The findings of the study revealed that Emotional Competence and Mental Health have high correlation with Academic Achievement. The findings also revealed that among the variables studied, the best evocator of Academic Achievement is Mental Health

 The internship program operates within the framework of the Teacher training department of the School of Education, in accordance with internship regulations determined by the Division of teaching internship and new teachers at the Ministry of Education. Within this framework, interns meet at Bar-Ilan once every two weeks for a workshop that lasts four academic hours and is conducted by academic staff with personal experience in teaching in schools, and who have extensive appropriate training in group facilitation, conflict resolution, and professional self-development in the school environment. Internship coordinators maintain personal contact with the tutors, to provide customized internship processes to interns. Workshops in an academic framework enable the creation of a protected "theoretical- academic learning spaces" allowing planned integration between theory and practice. The academic workshop supports professional handling of uncertainty situations, through a combination of rational thinking and complex approaches of cases analyses derived from the interns\\\' experiences, and providing practical tools for finding solutions. The workshop has a special structure (a task force in an academic framework), and it enables the creation of practical-professional knowledge on the basis of theoretical knowledge (teacher training and Bachelor\\\'s degree studies), through high-level processes of critical thinking, in-depth understanding, awareness and insight into attitudes, behaviors, and personal motives. All these are required to develop teaching capabilities in various subjects, at the same time developing skills in a variety of interpersonal interactions with students, teachers, and parents required in teaching. The internship program includes training in the simulation center. In addition, the uniqueness of the internship program in special education is manifest in the combination of an experience workshop in psychodrama, custom-tailored to the unique needs of special education teachers.

The increasing global demand for energy combined with the ongoing quest for clean, renewable energy has been a topic of perceived interest amongst countries of developed and developing status worldwide. With a population of well over a billion people a fast-growing economy, India electricity demand is expected to double over the next decade. Unlike other sources of energy, hydropower generation provides an abundance of unique benefits which can be those emanating from the generation of electricity itself or from side benefits associated with hydropower reservoirs along with sustainable development.

According to America’s most trusted online dictionary by name Merriam Webster, the action or process of making land, water, air, etc dirty and not safe or suitable for use is called as pollution. There are several types of pollution they are mainly soil pollution, water pollution, air pollution, Radiation pollution, Chemical pollution, Oil spill pollution, noise pollution and others. 
 Air pollution:
Air pollution can be defined as the presence of toxic chemicals or compounds (including those of biological origin) in the air, at levels that pose a health risk. 
My study area Tarikere town has 35,942 population, it has got nearly 3,600 vehicles are running on the roads daily including two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, multi wheelers and earth movers. For the above said vehicles the repairing area is called has workshop area where hundreds of mechanics are repairing vehicles regularly cause air pollution in and around the workshop area causes environmental pollution and creates several health problems for the entire 35,942 civilians is best example for development by buying vehicles, consuming petroleum products like diesel (HSD), consuming petrol (MS) and lubricants creating disparities among the vehicle owners and non vehicle owners and contributing huge quantity of pollutants to the environment and creates enormous problems in the civil society. 
The health condition of mechanics working in Tarikere town workshops, Garages, service stations, is not so good; they are suffering from different kinds of health problems due to pollution. Nearly there are 100 mechanics working in Tarikere work shop area are suffering from social and economical problems, the surrounding civilians society is also suffering from the pollution created by workshops, Garages, service stations.
